...is an acronym derived of Tübingen, ULm, Konstanz, and KArlsruhe and denotes the cooperation of the functional analysis workgroups in Tübingen, Ulm and Karlsruhe.
The term also refers to the Tulka cave in the novel Rulaman by David Friedrich Weinland (1829-1915).
