The lecture roughly follows the lecture notes of Prof. Dr. Kirsch (only in German - see below). The lecture notes also contain serveral references to literature. Moreover, in the lectures and in the problem classes further references will be given. The basis of a possible exam following the lecture are not the lecture notes but the material presented in the lecture and in the problem classes.
