Welcome to my homepage. Since February 2025 I am a junior research group leader of the group "Numerical methods for multiscale problems" in the Collaborative Research Center 1173 "Wave Phenomena". My research focuses on the numerical analysis of multiscale problems in the form of partial differential equations with heterogeneous coefficients or network models with a heterogeneous spatial structure. The latter can be used to model fiber-based materials. Another research interest of mine is the numerical analysis of nonlinear Schrödinger problems, such as the Gross–Pitaevskii problem.
