Lending

The Mathematics Department Library is connected to the lending system of the KIT Library. Borrowing is available to all KIT members — KIT students and employees — who have a valid KIT Library account. If you do not yet have a library account, please contact the Information Desk on the ground floor of the new building of the KIT Library South during service hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Further information is available from Ms Enders at the Mathematics Department Library.

Via this link to the KIT Library, the following services, among others, can be accessed through “My Account”:

  • Account information
  • Account statement
  • General renewals
  • Call number requests / reservations

To use these services, click on the desired service and log in with the user number on your Mathematics Library card and the password you selected.

Borrowing and returning books and other media from the Mathematics Department Library is possible only on site in Building 20.30 during opening hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
