Mathematics Day takes place on 14 March and is a competition for pupils in the final two years of secondary school. The focus is on the (two-part) team and individual competitions. Parallel to the individual competition and the second part of the team competition, there will be a mathematics lecture and information about career opportunities for mathematicians.

Data-driven methods for PDEsWorkshop

From 2 to 4 March 2026, KIT will host the scientific workshop Data-driven methods for PDEs. The workshop will focus on modern data-driven approaches to the numerical solution of partial differential equations and will bring together classical methods of numerical mathematics with current developments in the field of machine learning.
